Kampala Businessman Sudhir Ruparelia has accused the Commission inquiry into Land matters of unfairness in handling the dispute between him and Kololo Senior Secondary School, which accuses Sudhir of grabbing their football pitch. Sudhir who appeared before the commission which visited Kololo SSS, claimed that the land in question was acquired with the consent of the school management.
