Dear aapne plane pr bethne se pehle hi boht sara white flour consume kr lia phir aap flight pr kafi der bethi rhi. U must take some protein despite of samosa roll & bread stuff specially when u r traveling. Phir gastric n digestive issues to hona hi tha, that is not stress at all. Plz try to avoid white flour in daily bases life, u & ur stomach both will be happy😊😉 U can have these stuff occasionally!
