This 1937 WACO Cabin is kept and maintained as airworthy by the amazing volunteers at the Canadian Museum of Flight. We took this and 3 other vintage bi-planes into the Abbotsford International Airshow.

I had a flight in an airplane that was older than I was with no problems. Makes you appreciate the workmanship of the builders.

Thunderbirds! What a surprise :) I grew up by the Air Force Academy, so we always had jets flying and doing drills. And the Thunderbirds would come every graduation and perform aerials. It was so cool to see. I always like visiting these little air shows with the museums. Like you said, it's fun seeing the different styles and evolution over the decades.

Fabulous as usual. I saw the look of fear in your eyes at takeoff. And the joy in your face....

If I could soar like an eagle...in the sky so blue...I could see you for miles...I would have the best view...If I could soar like an eagle...I would visit you on a mountain's high...you would watch me glide...If I could soar like an eagle...I would feel so free...below me would be the forest...as far as my eye could see...If I could soar like an eagle...I would take you with me...riding with rising air...and be without a care...If I could soar like an eagle...you would be my lover...my strength and adventures....would never ever end...💖

Did anyone else cringe when he called that Daulphin helicopter a *Canadian Coast Guard Helicopter* at 8:28? It’s a USCG bird mate, just to correct ya :D

Cool! How long did it take to fly from Hamilton to Abbotsford in the Waco? And did you really stick your 360 out the window on landing?!
@DownieLive
@DownieLive 4 жыл бұрын
Don, we flew from Langley, BC to Abbotsford which took about 12 minutes. And yes, I really did hold the 360 camera out the window for landing.
