Real Estate magnate James Williams is looking to expand his interests in Mango Park and sets a meeting with local land owner, Kevin Miller. When he meets Mr. Miller, he is immediately met with rudeness and disrespect as Mr. Miller refuses to sell him the property. Then when another man makes a lower offer and Mr. Miller accepts, James realizes the real reason Mr. Miller doesn't want to sell the property to him. Unfortunately for Kevin, this new buyer just so happens to work for Mr. Williams.
