About Landour: Landour is a small cantonment town in the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand. It's located at an altitude of 7,000 ft, about 35 km from Dehradun. Landour is a twin town with Mussoorie, a well-known hill station from the British Raj era. Landour is scenic and is home to impressive history, architecture and people. After all, one of India's most beloved writer - Ruskin Bond - lives here.
