Off course..we have common cultural history of 3000- 4000 year, cultural , relegious relations in the past..Ashoka the great worked as a bridge for interchange. Everywhere in history chinese travellers are quoted for ref.lot of commons..

Chinese person speaking English with a Dutch accent. Hilarious and strange, cool though. His backstory is amazing: His Chinese parents who moved to the Netherlands moved him into the home of a Dutch couple as a toddler to make sure he would be "As Dutch as possible" so that integration into Dutch society would be guaranteed. To this day when he comes back to the Netherlands he still lives with his Foster parents so does his little brother. His Dutch manager saw that he needed to get more exposure for him and used his Chinese roots to appeal to China to launch his career. He was part of the first Chinese team to win a class at the Lemans 24 hours :) So it's safe to say it worked out.

How did you think we got it back down? We travelled down the 999 steps and the 99 turns the way we came up in the Range Rover Sport, although we weren't racing at that point and were maximising the safety of the driver and onlookers, so it's not as exciting as the ascent we're afraid! The term editing refers to colour and exposure matching between cameras and scenes as well as selecting and arranging the cuts between different cameras and story lines. "Editing" does not mean CGI (computer generated imagery). This is - and I say that as a non-Rover fan - a masterpiece of commercial content.

We travelled down the 999 steps and the 99 turns the way we came up in the Range Rover Sport, although we were maximising the safety of the driver and onlookers at that point by using cables to help lower the vehicle down in reverse, so it's not as exciting as the ascent we're afraid! Johnson Long, there are many places in India, where steps are more than this and hill roads more dangerous than this. but the steps are more in temples and considered sacred, so driving cars on those steps is not allowed.

I love how this video shows them creating a mock version of the steps because when you watch the edited (commercial) version you only see the RR being driven up the real stairs and most folks do not realize how steep they really are.

It is indeed completely stock - with the single exception that the Range Rover Sport Plug-In Hybrid used in the Dragon Challenge wore its optional off-road 20' Duratrac tyres, which have stronger sidewalls and were better able to withstand the demands of tackling 999 steps.

I have a Freelander 1, thats 16 years old. Best car ive ever owned. We were snowed in here in Scotland (Government issued a Red Warning) not to go out in the snow. My freelander never once let me down. Range Rovers are the best cars in the world, as this video shows again. I can only dream of owing this ... But it's nice to have a dream !!!
