Also for the roses, once they’re established, you can prune side shoots and propagate them elsewhere. You don’t always have to buy just the initial stock. Don’t let anyone shame you for your cost cutting decisions. Smart people stretch their coin no matter where they are financially. You are a great young couple who will go far if you continue this way.

The grass that is being call American grass is actually Zoysia which is native to Asia. And its not only found in millionaire homes in the United States. You can find it everywhere in warmer areas of the USA. Its a matter of choice of what type of lawn someone wants. Also zoysia tends to be drought resistant once established.

Hi guys, I've been following you for some time now, and I love your content. Have you considered adding a walkway from the entrance to your home, using pavers? It's more practical than laying concrete, and it will not only give your guests a place to walk, but it will also provide a walkway for you to enter and exit your home. It would also cut back on dirt being tracked into the home. I would also look into low-growing, green shrubs to accent your beautiful home. This would camouflage the area of the house where the dirt splashes onto the edges of the walls when it rains. So beautiful! 😍 ❤

I want to second another poster, please invest in avacado, mango, orange, mulberry, lemon, and other fruits that you Mr family enjoys. Plant them around the perimeter fence and perhaps a few on the property for shade and a place to hang out as a family on hot afternoons. Grafted fruit trees produce fruit in 2-3yrs and are much smaller in size than when grown from seed. That’s a lot of nutritious food for your family

I wanted to add that in areas where you do not want grass, you might consider a ground cover. They are a low maintenance, economical way to quickky cover areas with lush greenery. Some of them also produce small mounting flowers in vibrant colors like purple or pink. Others, like ivy, are green all year long. 😊

having a parking lot near the gate is a good thing n a bad thing. it good coz you will minimize the space of the drive way n also you will be getting in n out faster bt worse of it is when kids r your hateful neighbour will be throwing stones at your car[s] n might break your windshield glass r back glass. its for you to decide now. no wonder most parking spaces are further away from the main gate especially if you have expensive vehicles in most affluent neighbour hoods

Levelize is an English word. However, I’ve never heard people whose first language is English use it to describe making the ground level. We would say, I want to make the compound level or I want to make the ground level. Honestly, I’ve only heard levelize used by Kenyan KZfaqrs. I’ve never heard any others persons whose second language is English use it. KZfaq is a space for education and learning from and about each other’s culture. Keep doing your thing CK.
