Chuck E. Cheese Animatronics at the Volo Auto Museum (4 Little Shavers, Beagles, The King, King Kat)

Today we look at some old Chuck E. Cheese animatronic characters from the early 80s. These characters were Cabaret Acts depending on which Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre location you went to.

Video Note: The Volo Auto Museum has the Rock-Afire Explosion from ShowBiz Pizza Place in storage, they were originally going to be on stage at one of the showrooms. But due to licensing issues from Creative Engineering, the museum can't perform the show publicly. Also none of the animatronics are for sale, so please do NOT ask me or the museum if they are for sale.

Good to know! I was a little disappointed by the condition of the bots inside of the museum when I went a few works ago. Still super happy to see them in person regardless!

@@KingLaneCreations I got word they are working on them today! KK's wig is being corrected, KK's mouth was just loose, that got tightened, they are fixing the neck movements, may need new cylinders (please note that these problems will be common considering they were just resurrected recently and these cyberamics take a TON of upkeep unlike the rest of the cyberamic types). Kings eye blink is also being fixed as well as proper body thickness, KK neck etc. So progress is being made! Thank you so much for taking these videos!!

I was a little upset that they put the bots in the museum and also charge to play them. You’ve already payed $20 to get in, and $1 per show is a bit steep IMO. Anyways, super glad to be able to watch them!

@@jasburger Everything's relative, probably not expensive for a car museum that sells classic cars worth 10s or 100s of thousands of dollars, they can afford it. On top of that, they charge an entry fee to the museum and charge to see the show $1 per show on top of all of that. Like I said, they can afford it. Even if it was expensive for them to maintain, it's not like they happened upon the show. They paid thousands for each of their shows and should be prepared to budget for maintenance. The other shows look pretty good last time I saw them, although the shavers are getting worse. I assume the parts and talent can be hard to come by. I am still very grateful to be able to watch these shows regardless in a public setting.

I think the reasoning that Aaron had for not letting them publicly display the rock afire is sort of justified, it says on Wikipedia they were planning to use a 3rd party control system. My thoughts may be it’s one of Dave Fergusons (DSF Robots) controllers, Dave is known for making the horrifying cheap made re cast replacement masks for billy bobs wonderland, and is violating Aaron’s copyrights by creating items using his trademarks. It sounds petty, but if Aaron chooses to do certain things with his intellectual property and characters, I suppose it’s his call…

acording to my mom who went to a chuck e cheeses with the four shavers, she told me alot of kids were scared of them and started crying when they sang so the employees had to stop the shows early and alot of parents called them the four little kid bullies cause of how much they scared the kids, when i showed this video to her she started laughing and said "looks like they survived the chuck e purge"

Fun fact:next to the king and the before restoration and after restoration thing was where the rock afire explosion was going to be but with Aaron’s stupid copyright issue they are in Storage for the time being

The reason king kat aired down while preforming was cause usually after like a minute or so the air compressor shuts off and because you turned on both shows the air compressor shut off assuming it was done which is cool. also this is probably the best footage and condition of the kings, beagles and four little shavers cause all other footage is just either just weird, cool or other stuff etc.

My only concern with Volo’s Beagles is how loose their snouts are. (Look at the John Lennon dog for instance)

Early these guys are old from the 1980s I can’t remember these names but the 1983 or 1984 they’re names here but with the pizza time theatre time of 1980s and the one the beagles stage they were moved the way for it and the show was now going to do but that’s king Kat and the king
