Man... the older i get, the rarer i find new music that moves me deep inside and ignites that inner flame that fades more and more as the years go by. This is one of those rare occasions. I went from lying in bed on a friday night, feeling lonely, mindlessly scrolling through insta reels, to turning up the music, dancing in my room and feeling pure joy. Life is fucking wild. Love from the other side of the pond

I love your sound, Laney. The live version of Long Way is a favourite - your vocal is great, the Gibson sounds dirty and the mix is on it. It’s powerful.

hell yeah -- thank you! it's actually an old silvertone but it has gibson humbuckers, so very close. Vox AC 15 and octave fuzz and then a boost for "solos".

I just added it!! Release set for 4/20 at 4:20pm. Honestly, you and others encouragement really helped. I felt slightly self conscious because I mixed and recorded it myself. It's got quite a bit of static from amps...but life is messy and I'm proud it feels so alive.

Thanks Floh! Sorry for my tardy response. All quite simple. Secret Weapon is in C# so I have my capo on 1 for ease to play C and F open chords. Not Alone does move around but the chords are just B with the bass walking up in half steps, E and F# Long Way has a capo on the first fret for the F key so I can play using an E shape. My pinky grabs the major 7 (D#) to give that tension that you hear. Then A shape and B shape. 1 4 and 5 baby! Hope that helps. Thank you for listening xx LJ
