I’ve seen folks used to plastic guns are riding the slide stop a bit, that might have been your stoppage…. The pistol is freakin great!

As Earnest talked a lot about the importance of getting a double action Beretta when he first started his KZfaq channel and the importance of feeling it and learning to control it, it would be highly interesting if you could do an interview with him and his wife that are in the team of their company LTT and hear how their ideas and understandings of what makes a gun not good but Perfect and his understanding of what really is great marksmanship and practical shooting training.. Please contact Earnest and Amy, that couple are so cool and so important to hear out on days like this here in the USA...is a special time for A2 in history right now, really would make sense to see more of guys just like Earnest and Amy Langdon talking about the reality of gun ownership and marksmanship training! thanks for a really nice review of this particular model! Is a Shark to watch out for! Love it!

They have one of these but stock at my local gun shop. Was interested but when I put the saftey up it decocked the gun which from what i read its not supposed to do that. I much prefer my M9A4 anyways lol. (I have now been taught that that was a 92 gts and thats what its supposed to do. Thank you guy who replied)

On SAO it de-cocks all the way once you rack the slide. Safety is just that. Either safe or fire.

We used the AXIS ELITE as well as the MSP pro series. I think we had to slightly modify the AXIS ELITE for this particular Beretta model.

It has a manual safety and many 2011’s have way lighter triggers with pinned grip safeties. This is more safe than a striker fired w/no manual safety. (Though I highly advocate for either). Aiwb is most definitely the best way to carry. (IMCO).

$1,800 bucks? I’m sure its a great pistol but for that, I could fully customize the Platypus for the same price.

Yes, and that's pretty much what happens with this. Due to the geometry of the firing pin channel and block, LTT has to redesign the entire slide to get the optic to sit so low. They have patented the process which is why Beretta doesn't use it. So, while you can't pick and choose the colors like a platypus or staccato, it is very much a custom gun.
