Japan is so relatable. I'm living in Japan as a foreigner and I am someone who sneezes A LOT. Like three, four times in a row. When a Japanese is talking to me and I sneeze like that, they just keep talking like nothing happened xD

In Indonesia, some may also say "alhamdulillah" (even though the better one to say is "yarhamukallah"). It's actually arabic for "all praises to Allah", but in this case, it works like saying "bless you" in English.

In Poland we say "na zdrowie" which literally means " on health" or "for health". When we say it we just mean that this sneeze doesn't mean that you'll be sick but healthy. Although one of my teachers at school told me that we shouldn't say "na zdrowie" to other people because some statistics say that the most of sneezes mean being sick and it's a lie to say that it don't an blah blah blah some educational stuff about not lying. But after all no-one really realise that so when someone sneeze in Poland just say "na zdrowie" and they should say "dziękuję" which means "thank you" 🙂

everyone in my (american) family has photic sneezing (we sneeze several times when the light levels around us brighten) so we're so used to people sneezing several times in a row that we have an entire standard for responding to multiple sneezes. one is "bless you", two is "bless you again", three+ is "jeez!" In Turkish we say: “çok yaşa” (live long).

In French we say : "à tes souhaits" meaning "to your wishes". It's become an expression nowadays but it used to mean that what you sneeze you can wish for things and they could happen. And if you sneeze twice we say "à tes amours" meaning basically the same as the first one but with love.

Spanish offers herself to make part of the team. In spanish we say For one sneese Salud (Health) For 2 sneezes Dinero! (Money!) For 3 sneezes Amor!! (Love!!) It kind of makes you feel less bad about being sick if you think about it. Is a good wish to desire 3 beautiful things to sick people.

I am a Madurese (one of the ethnic groups in Indonesia), and in Madura when a child or baby sneezes, we say "ondhur sabenna" or go away epilepsy¿ (i think it also mean disease in general). If they sneeze again we continue by saying "dâ' lao' tasè'" or to the south of the sea. And on the third sneeze we say "noro' bunto'en kopè'" or following the tail of kopek fish¿ (I don't know what kopek in Indonesian, so yeah kopek fish it is😅) In conclusion, we are praying for the babies to be healthy😀

안녕하 가십시오 actually means "go well" in korean and people do ise it as "goodbye" the same with "안녕히 가세요" which is just a little less formal (but still vetry formal) and used more frequently. So if you wanna say "stay well" as in you're leaving and the other person/people are staying you should say "안녕히 계십시오" (most formal) or "안녕히 계세요" 가다 = to go 계시다 = formal form of 있다 = to be
