As a first time mom, I have the Lansinoh Smartpump 2.0. It comes with everything this one has plus more if you want a different flange size, holders for the bottles, a nipple, bag, cooler, etc. Settings are the same on the motor but it's slightly bigger.

Great review!...i like this pump though and recommend it! Just use with rechargeable batteries and your good to go 😊

Hey! May i suggest you make a review out of some Chinese brand breast pumps which believed to be better than other common breast pumps in the market out there. I suggest Horigen and Youha and phanpy.

Would you prefer this one or bellababy double electric ?

Does this electric pump convert to the manual lansinoh pump?

Allison- I’d love to see your review on this and the Baby Buddha. I’m currently deciding between the Lansinoh Smartpump (same motor and functions as the Signature) and the Baby Buddha. I’m so torn! I’m a little afraid of the different suction style of the Baby Buddha, but I love the portability. I’ve used the Medela Freestyle and Symphony in the past and liked both of those- found the suction in the freestyle to be a little too low though.
