Hi Gill. Thank you so much, we really appreciate that 🫶🏻 Its such a big hotel and there is always something to do. Our room was at the end of a corridor and it was quite a hike from the pool area to the room. If you have booked through a travel agent then it may be worth requesting a room near the lifts. There are lifts and plenty ramps so you won’t have to deal with stairs. If you want to venture out to the beach or shops I would definitely recommend getting a taxi down to that area as the hotel is at the top end of the resort and is on a bit of a bank. The staff are amazing so will be more than happy to help you to your room with your case. I found this hotel very accessible and caters to all mobility needs. So much admiration for you going abroad on your own. I’m sure you will have the best time, if you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to ask. Xxx
