Part 3 of the hotel tour featuring the Sands Beach Resort in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote (Canarias, Spain).

As of filming, SBR is one of the few hotels that are open in the island of Lanzarote. It was closed during the mandatory period from March to May, 2020 due to the COVID-19 LOCKDOWN.
The management opted to continue its services since it's reopening last June, 2020. The hotel welcome guests from different places provided that all sanitary protocols are complied.
It's an amazing place to spend some good holidays; duly recommended by travel agencies and backed-up with testimonies of faithful clients.

Hello there, we are going there in July for 1 month, there are 6 or 7 different apartment complex with pools, which apartment name with pool is the best do you recommend, we had a room booked at the lagoon but the lady who owns the apartment cancelled on us so we are looking for a new room thanks.

Hi Michael, thank's for your support. I can give you some pointers but it always depends on your preferences or needs. If you come with small kids preferably you want the plaza with the playground, nearby the restaurant or at beachfront. If you're a sport person you'll opt the plaza where the lane pool is located. Older persons prefer rooms nearby the reception or along the beach. When it comes to budget, standard/economy rooms are located only in 1 plaza. Anyway, it doesn't matter in which plaza your room is located...you can use all the facilities in the complex.. .AS LONG AS THE ROOM YOU'VE BOOKED IS PART OF THE HOTEL AND/OR UNDER IT'S MANAGEMENT. GUESTS OF PRIVATELY OWNED VILLAS ARE NOT CONSIDERED CLIENTS OF THE HOTEL Please get yourself informed to avoid any misunderstanding. Best regards!

Hi there again eva, we are going to sands beach again for 1 month this year in the end of June, but i hear someone say on KZfaq sands beach resort is going into liquidation or something, is sands beach closing down, I know already it has problems financially from people telling me last year in the resort, do you have any information about this or will it be ok do you think, thank you 👍

Is the private beech available to everybody or just thoughs staying in the accommodation behind? There doesn't seem that many sunbeds

Hi, how are you? I think this "beachfront" area is exclusive for the hotel guests but "THE LIDO BAR/RESTAURANT" ---it's part of the hotel (along the promenade) is open for the public. There's a pool (good for kids and adults)l and sunbeds where you can lay and enjoy some sunshine. Anyway, you can enjoy some sun, sand and sea outside the complex. This area is not crowded so you can enjoy a peaceful time. For countless time I've got LOS CHARCOS BEACH for all myself😂 . Please check: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bsiUf8hyxJOWYIE.html
