Great comparison Erik! For price and for taste I prefer the 16 because like you said it feels a bit more elegant but the 19 is a delicious delicious dram. Cheers!

On some auctions you can sometimes sneak away with a Traigh Bhan for 200-250. Of course fees and shipping brings it back up to normal SRP. I'd definitely give the Laphroaig 16 a chance if I found it

Wow, that is pretty close. With that being said I'm sure the Laphroaig 16 will start to jump in price rather quickly. Might be best to get 1 now

LOL have not seen any of these great bottles in my area of Ontario period. And the prices would be way to high for the average person to purchase if they were in my area

Rewatch the video, look at the profile of both whiskies in terms of age, casking, and ABV. The biggest difference is the price.
