He doesn't give much specific information, he says connect a 2.2k Ohm resistor between the white lead and the blue lead, this way your adapter will charge the laptop. However, since this bypass can't convey the information that the adapter should stop after the battery is full, it will probably force the batteries to overcharge and cause them to overheat and even cause irreversible deformation.

White apki ground hai. Red or ID wire k darmeyan ya resistor laga lo.
