Heya..so if your laptop is giving electric shock when connected to supply then there can be 2-3 possible problems that might be present. If you have tested the sockets at a particular place only (say only at home or at your office) there might be chance that the earthing provided to that particular area or building is faulty...so please have a check on earthing of your building. If the laptop gives shock at every place whenever you connect to charger that there can be possibility of your motherboard damage of a particular condition in which "when charger is connected it draws a current in opposite direction too". Try changing your charger. But most importantly check the earthing of the building..might be possible that it is defective. Hope that I was correct...do me a favour...let me know what the problem actually was. Thank you

seriously? after the whole video, you tell us that the only way to not get the shock is to use a proper EARTHed socket? so the whole process is basically useless in most situations.
