One part of my screen has an issue where the touch only responds sometimes but always shows the line that follows your finger. Its so weird. The home screen always works in that spot . Must be a software issue. I uninstalled drivers and reinstalled drivers. Same issue. I have a GPD Winmini 8840u Laptop.

@@AMRITSINGH-sm3iefirst of all disabled it ( the setting which are shown in the video) and then enabled it after that shutdown your laptop without touching the screen, now press the power button to start your laptop it will work then.
