Sir, excellent step by step Jasoos type investigation that led to the culprit, a small capacitor that's leaking the voltage 5V_S0 voltage. You were also wearing a hat like a detective here. Nice. I am learning very important things about motherboard diagnosis from you sir. You also revealed how much voltages are to be expected at adapter IN first Mosfets and second Mosfets in Dell motherboards. Thanks for a great video.
