hello everyone in this video i'll show you how to fix a laptop is on but the screen is dark.
in this problem you have to change or by pass the fuse at screen , cause its broke.
I hope this video is useful for beginners or who want to fix their own laptops

guys watch carefully what he did there, he pointed the small fuse and he removed completely but if you notice right there exactly he changed the fuse.. maybe he cut the video when he replaced it, for me i noticed that he replaced it.

Really helpful, saved my money. I just did the toothbrush thing and when put it back, it worked. Originally my laptop fell on the ground from a height of 30 cm.

If anyone doesn't want to risk taking the screen apart, try pressing down thr bottom under underneath the screen, worked for me.

Dude it worked!!! I just fixed my laptop!! For anyone who's curious, I did take out my screen and the toothbrush thing worked. Just also be careful putting it back.

I simply pressed the screen where the joint was and it worked😊No need to open laptop as such ..until it's a major fault... Very helpful video..

Before replacing anything, always check that the lcd ribbon cables aren't just loose. Mine just came loose a bit, it had picture but no backlight, after reconnecting the loose cable it was all ok again.

Thank you! Popped off the screen border and the very first connector I pushed was the right one. You don't know how much of a help that was, because I'm poor and don't have cable so I really need my rickety old laptop 😂

I have same issue with Asus x52f. It was fine before updates then had dark screen on restart. It's perfectly functional when connected to an external monitor. Any ideas why it went dark after updating?

Check on an external monitor if everything is okay. If you don't know like me much from laptop go to a technician to check ur drives and if they're installed correctly
