Today I'm sharing the first house I built in San Sequoia. It's my take on a modern semi-craftsman inspired home for a large family. It's built on the 13 Acacia Avenue lot in San Sequoia and has 4 bedrooms, a play room and a home office/guest room which could definitely be turned into another bedroom as there is space in other parts of the house to have an office. I built it for a family of 6, 2 parents, 2 children, a toddler and an infant, these 2 share a room so when the toddler's older, he could move to the "office" or the oldest child could get the larger room.
I absolutely love the interior of this house. I went a little darker than I usually do on the walls and I felt it suddenly came alive because until then it was a little dull and something was missing. I have built the treehouse already, but you can quite easily just replace it with the original tree so that your sims can build it themselves. I was just playing in this house for quite a while and I wanted the kids to experience the tree house. There's also a guest room upstairs with a murphy bed, for when the grandparents visit but the room is quite large so I turned it into a home office as well. Anyway, hope you enjoy this house as much as I do.
