Tbh the hidden clutch hero was actually the droid gunship, sure it basically KO'd the centerpiece of the first line of defense, but the fact it crashed right in front of the E-Web turrets denying their field of vision was absolutely huge in making them completely ineffective until it was too late. Not to mention the other kills it got en route to the end.

Thats the only reason the droids won. The e webs were buggy too. THey just didnt fire and you cant tell me they didnt see the enemy. Escpecially the right one should have fired more

The ATTEs are so OP in Star Wars mods for games honestly. It seems a bit too have too high a status amongst the fans if I am honest. I mean how can you say the ATTE is good when the gunner can be shot off by infantry and the pilot is only protected by glass. Also it is slow as hell, the armour isn't actually that good because a rocket to the belly or the window is all it takes to destroy it, and the magnetic legs thing is basically a gimmick. The ATXT is a way better walker, and honestly the AAT, the ATTE's CIS counterpart, is just a better tank since it can destroy an ATTE and is much faster.

I'll keep saying it. He's not a good strategic player. He did all this for the sake of "fairness", yet the droids still had vehicle superiority, had far larger numbers, and where over taking defensive positions, so the defense has to fight aggressive defensive troops. In order to make it fair, could've manned the defensive weapons.

@@greatjagras6381 Yes, because all of that has guaranteed droid victories in previous videos, hasn't it? It would have been rigged if the clones did have those turrets. Unlike when Daley doesn't help the CIS, the clones have a much better shot at winning from the get go. The mod is really biased so that an ATTE can take out probably 6 AATs if they aren't focusing fire on it and it has ridiculous amounts of health, and droid weapons are both inaccurate and barely do any damage. Even with the turrets not mounted, the droids only won because the gunship actually shot something useful, but then it derped out and suicided, and all but 1 of the AATs spontaneously combusted right at the beginning.

I really enjoyed this! But I would of liked to see the turrets work... :( haha. None of them did. Still love your videos! Keep it up! You sure the Turrets were not unmanned at start? "I wanna keep it even" So man the damn defenses. The clones got the kills on the turrets, they are completely outnumbered? How was anything you did fair?

To be fair if the clones had all of those turrets then it would have been rigged in their favour. And of course they were outnumbered, have you watched any of his other videos or even played the mod? The clone guns are ridiculously good and droid weapons are crap because they are inaccurate and barely do any damage, so they have to focus fire just to get kills.

@@tk-6967tf you mean rigged in their favor? The droids had turrets and artillery too. He didn't even bother remaining the artillery because they pushed too far ahead. They outnumbered the clones 10-1, and had heavy vehicle support. The clones *needed the defenses he put in there from the very beginning.* Yea. I watched his other videos. The dude sucks at making "choke points" which to him are usually big gaps with large space where both sides usually have cover, he puts anti tank weaponry at the front of infantry when it's a supporting weapon. I've seen him put mortars and artillery in front of infantry. Clearly you ain't paying attention and *really* watching. Help this man learn real strategy and defense or he'll keep making crap choices. It doesn't matter how good ones side weaponry is, not when they over run a position and take the defense and turn it around. I've seen videos of defending droids winning, you have no argument.

@@greatjagras6381 What 'heavy armour' the droids had AATs which are shit in the mod, the clones don't need arty to take those out and they certainly didn't need arty to defeat the droids. The reason they couldn't win is because the AI for the droids surprisingly didn't derp out as much as it normally does. And what is the problem with the attacking side having cover? Again, I have the game, and I know that cover is a huge thing in it. When one side doesn't have cover they usually start going prone on the ground to substitute it or stick to the sides of buildings (and often this is actually detrimental to them). I ran a battle today where I had clones marching down a fairly big street vs some civilians with guns and a planetary defence force represented by the base game WW2 troops surrounding them in an urban setting. Most of forces in the open took heavy losses and literally everyone started wall hugging and doing derpy AI shit.

Com'n, it's not serious. Unkillable droids, getting bunches of fire, but still moving, not operating artilery, which could destroy AATs in the very beginning and AT-TE - looking for a target in the direction, opposite the enemy instead of shooting enemy. Man, you are doing a fantastic job and I love your videos, but it's better to take control over "glitching" units, articlery and AT-TE in this case and to help them operate naturally. Otherwise it looks rediculous.

@FUNGAMER1122 I have the mod, and I can honestly say that the droids need to have a huge number advantage because the mod is really biased against them and the clones are OP as hell. I think the devs may have been seeing my comments on some of Daley's videos because they are improving it for their Gates of Hell mod.
