Only 18 months after groundbreaking, 90% of the systems, including storage partner Carbfix, are operational. The first 12 CO₂ collector containers have arrived on site, with preparations for initial CO₂ removal underway.
This achievement, made possible by dedicated Climeworkers in Iceland, marks a significant step in combating climate change. Stay tuned for more updates on Mammoth's progress.

You need cheap power and a place to inject the co2 underground. Can you do that in the Bronx?

bro this is for greenhouse gas capture not for polluting gases, artic amplification is more than in other regions.

How are the machines of this facility operated? If it runs on electricity, is it produced by renewable source? If No, then its a matter of concern
