Should have let the steak rest much longer... Did you see the steam coming off of the sliced to pieces...... I'll bet that most of the juice was in the plate after he assembled the taco...

Yea flank steak was a good choice but poor execution. Slice it thinly and against the grain, the most important part when using flank. Your temp was perfect, Jon.

Alex, you should never use a metal utensil in a non-stick pan. You will scrape off tiny bits of the coating into your food, and it's not good for you.

Love the googen squad..just wish for more content at least 2-3 vidoes a week would be great. Watching all 5 of yall is better then watching all 6 channels. Ps I only watch peric cuz hes like the runt of the group and is a stupid kinda funny in a weird way. Plus like 80%of his vidoes I cant take my eye off his nose 😂.
