This would be perfect for me. Actually havea friend that lives in that park and I live close. But I am sure I could never afford to buy it and my lot rent is so high, I need to move out. But I could not sell this one for enough to buy that one, and, their lot rent is slightly lower, but close to catching up. Boy. Such a nice dream home.

Love these homes. It's a shame that the lot rents are so expensive. Would love to move back to Florida but can't afford those rentals on disability.
