Shirt turned out to be a bad cut in the neckline & arm hole department. How can I fix a great shirt, make it better, beads, macrame, any suggestion would be welcome!

can you make a cute regular loose fitting tank top with extra low cut front to where i can wear over my wildcat tube top under and not cover the logo? my tube top is tight but i got the love handles and wanna be comfy with a loose shirt to cover them lol. please let me know soon. i appreciate it. thank you very much
