EMD FT-A & B units were sold as a pair with a drawbar between the A & B units they were around from late 1930 to about mid 1960's. They had a B+B truck setting and produced 1350hp at 800rpm. The B&M owned 24 of these paired units and traded them in later on for more newer units I believe EMD Gp18 or Gp38s
