This man is the equivalent of a potent slap in the face, in a western-style shirt and big rings (so the slap is even more hurtful). Very simple concepts and yet so powerful.

It's all up to you. I'm not your wet nurse. Said a teacher at the beginning of his lesson and then went to have breakfast

Val Pulido You talking about Tony Robbins? I wonder how much people pay for Larry's seminars. I mean most of these people have their advice right here on KZfaq for free (yes Tony as well) so what's your point?

Eating less and exercising more doesn’t work longtime.

@@DEATHRITUSchannel There have been some interesting outcomes from the well known show "The Biggest Loser". Studies on most participants found that their bodies adjusted to the calorie deficit by triggering more fat retention. In other words, what worked for them during the weight loss, didn't work long term. That said, 35-80 minutes per day of exercise did help maintain weight. Our car / office job culture makes it very difficult to incorporate that kind of exercise. So, there's that.

exercising regularly and eating well balanced meal will work lifetime for everyone.......it's how the human body functions......but anyway we could talk hours and hours about all of this but sincerely thanks for your time brother !.....I appreciate your input.

If you're looking for a short term program with guaranteed results, eat more and exercise less. That will get you all the weight gains that you desire and you won't have to do it very long because you won't live very long. Those results are guaranteed. You're welcome.
