Man gotta love the heart, drive and energy at 37:45. Most spotters and lifters would have begged or grabbed the bar thinking the lifter failed the lift but he kept grinding it out and the spotter let him go after it. Also love how he goes out there with basically no gear while everyone else is strapped and sleeved up.

Ammoclips _ nah, you train like you play. If you train not hitting depth, and then try in comp, the weight will feel a lot heavier.

@@kevinalberto853 That wasn't with legit calibrated kilo plates, & that time it was a rushed touch & go bounce style rep. He also did that 675 in elbow raps, as opposed to just sleeves like here, & they prob add 30lbs+ to your press. This press was super impressive! That pause was so long...I could have made a cup of tea & been back in time to see the lock out!

@@philipchaplin116 Yea the press was crazy legit. The squat maybe not as much, but maybe it passes at comp. He keeps talking about his squats being at depth, and maybe he makes a distinction between that and "buried", but it always seems iffy to meet. I could picture a judge not giving him those.
