thanks a lot.. I 'm an ent consultant.. and my son was listening to you... excellent presentation.. some notices indication for surgery 1 cardiopulmonary complication 2failuar to thrive 3cyanosis those r absolute indication for surgery.. advise the parents to put the child in prone position

I believe my son has Laryngomalacia. He hasn't been diagnosed as of now but he presented with a failure to thrive due to slow feeding, large epiglottis, floppy airway, omega shaped epiglottis, and a rattling sound after feedings. Also breathe holding spells. Just got Supraglottoplasty. Going to see how that helps after he heals. Currently intubated for 8 weeks He is 4 months old.

How is treatment decided in adults with this? Just ignore it?
