Yes , you do not get a lot for summerlin.a 1500 Sq townhouse is 450,000 and up.Totally over priced. The condos are too small

As far as square footage goes. Yes you get more elsewhere in the valley. But you get a lot more. If you consider what the master plan offers for recreation, entertainment and convenience.

Great question. And with the Fair Housing Act there has to be a certain amount of handicap accessible units per development. So the answer to your question is yes. There are handicap friendly units here.

There are condos in that community with views. But many condos you just have views of the neighbors buildings.

Definitely for a young body, to hump groceries up from the car! Wouldn't call that a 2 bath unit, that's only a 1.5 bath.

The HOA for a 2 bed, 2,5 bath condo in that community is around 400 $. And in Summerlin you pay 55 $ to the Summerlin community association.
