As a teenager in the early 2000s before I even had my own cellphone when sending a text meant repeatedly pressing the number key a certain number of times depending on the letter you want in lowercase or uppercase, one of first things my parents taught me was think carefully before hitting send because as soon as you send something either positive or negative it's out there for the whole world to see, and can't be taken back. My first cellphone when I was 17 was a flip phone which I paid the bill for with my allowance money, and had that for about 5 years until I went to a 2 year technical college, when I got my first smartphone.

The alleged two, posted the video of the incident enthusiastically, because they wanted to show others what they did, bragging! Sorry the defence attorney did not approve of everyone seeing what the two were very eager to show the world. Rather than drop charges, capital punishment should be revisited. I looked in to it and I found: Nevada is one of 27 states that permit capital punishment.

The defense attorney should be working on a deal for his clients to keep them off of death row. He had to know that a judge was NOT going to dismiss the case. The lawyer really made the claim that if you post your crimes online, and the public sees it, you can’t be indicted for it because the jury pool has been tainted and you will be pre-judged as guilty. If this were upheld, every criminal would then post their murders and murder would become legal.

However massive media coverage can possibly skew the opinions of the jury. OR hes actually just acting and pretending to be oh i tried, at which point later in time, the two defendants can call for a mistrial because their free lawyer wasnt really on their side to begin with.

When you commit a crime that receives national attention. It's not the Court's fault. And there's no reason to have a change of venue because it's a national incident. You can't hold the court liable for your own actions you have to take responsibility for that..... It's a jury trial of your own peers, so it's your own community they are finding you guilty of these crime's.

If this was a smaller case going with no media coverage then the charges could be dropped because prosecution wouldn't have to worry about the political repercussions. If the judge dropped this case then the prosecution and judge would face a LOT of scrutiny which would harm their chances politically.

He knows he's grasping at straws, but thats the role he needs to play to insure it an open and shut case. anyone who is mad at him for that thinks too much with their impulsive emotions and/or doesn't understand due process.
