After allegedly harassing his neighbor for months, a Las Vegas man never received a protection order filed against him, leading him to then stalk Nevada Gov. Joe Lombardo and his family and spread the wild claim the governor committed murder.

i agree its not. However these situations can be really complicated when people become detached from reality. Ive known plenty of people like this and theres almost nothing you can figure out to help other than keeping them in a safe situation and hope they regain their mind. Its just that mental health and rehab is needed over jail but its too expensive for most.

Funny thing about people who engage in stalking behavior, they generally tend towards the most grandiose reasoning imaginable to rationalize their own overwhelming psychosis. They also generally tend towards being complete cowards, avoiding any direct confrontation and only interacting from a safe distance. Like, governors are public figures, not too terribly difficult to seek them out at any public speaking engagement. Instead, this particular coward makes a sideshow of posting on social media as though he’s looking for a confrontation, when that’s the one thing he’s most terrified of, because he’s acutely aware of being completely outmatched by people who will justifiably end his life without a seconds hesitation, like it’s their job.

There are obviously tests to check someones mental health first...lets not assume he is mentally unstable without knowing first, I think he feels emboldened by something, interesting who he has chosen to 'pick on'. I couldn’t believe what the victim said. He says I want him to get help and then spend as much time as possible behind bars so he admitted that the guy needs help.
