Nevada has only had a drunk driving problem for only the past 50, years. They never had the time to address this issue, must be do to them public elbow bending after having meaningless city council meetings.

She thinks 100k is a lot of money lol ~ that they will build nothing but high end homes that surpasses casinos in profit $$$ ~ the real estate is hot in that area. Profits will go up until you don’t have room to build whoever owns land in those areas ($$$$$ cha~Ching just hit the lottery. High stakes in those properties and you are only 10, minutes away from everything ~ and you have a nice mall in that area so it’s the best area to live in Palm Springs San Francisco mix ($$$$) I would be doing cartwheels if I owned property in that area.

That's what's wrong with this city, The rode construction never ends! its been nonstop for years and nothing is getting better. and stop building master communities! we need affordable homes in this city.

The new home for the wealthy is not going to stop that’s where the big bucks are that area will be like SAN FRANCISCO. Who would change a nice neighborhood to bring in Divo from the hood?
