This is not D.C or Virgina and east Coast. A lot of people work inside the government in D.C and I lived there doing military duty for 5 yrs. Those people need HOV lanes not Vegas. It makes absolutely no sense to have them here. We dont have a lot of high payi g government jobs and positions here where people cant be stuck in traffic and meed HOV lanes. They are confusing and imo contributes more to accidents on the I-15
