These are really nice, I'm shocked that my fav was the smallest. Only because I liked the layout of the master bath the most. If I weren't trying to get away from stairs and definitely need a backyard, I would consider one of these townhouses. Thanx for the tour.

Yeah that unit does not have a dining room area

Lot of wasted space in model one primary bathroom. Third one could have put another closet where one of the vanities were in the primary bathroom. Very little storage in these. For being the largest, the first one really did not have a dining room.

@@RamiroFregoso Downstairs half bath should have a vanity and not a pedestal. Hopefully that’s an option. Vanities have valuable storage space underneath.
