Driving and or riding as a passenger anywhere on the streets of The Vegas area between the hours of 8:30PM to 7:00 AM any day of the week is very hazardous and dangerous to one's safety, health and welfare. I now call it the Witching Hours of Death and Destruction. The later the hour on their streets , roadways, byways and highways, the more likely one will encounter a deadly end of a travel never expected or even considered. Furthermore why would someone leave their vehicle and run away ? You’re going to get caught and go to jail for vehicular Homicide, leaving the scene of an accident. What American law abiding citizen would want that on their record . Unless you are an illegal immigrant and you don’t care about the United States laws . You’ll just run back to your country and avoid prosecution
