Hello, what compounds are the electrodes you use for aluminum welding made of?

Yeah it's just that easy of welding up the engine block or cylinder jug and machine fitting the parts to match their new placement. I just finished up building a Yamaha YT-175 Tri-Moto bottom end to a Yamaha DT-175 Cylinder and the YT head. It was a piece of cake widening the areas around the transfer ports and enlarged the new parts of the block to match them to the cylinder ports. Luckily the crankcase stud pattern is identical which saved a little time in not having to drill and tap new stud holes. The head was a basic direct bolt on the new jug and no machine work was required there.

Where do you put the 2t oil pump??......

no heat treatment problem big its crack again or snap.before touch up need heat treatment before.

Please do a 500cc 2 stroke barrel and head on to a moped engine swop
