If I am not mistaken, I think this effect is not occurring in real life, I think it only the camera can capture those images, and this is related to the frequency rate of either the camera and or the laser. I am not sure if that is the case but I have a friend that works with lasers and told me something like this.

it is definitely projecting to a mosquito net and the laser is lasercube 7.5 watt.which i just ordered 🎉

@@fabiogvslook at 0:52. The blue light to the left of the dancer clearly shows a seam in the large cloth being projected onto. It will either be tulle or a light mesh.

There is a clear cloth mesh between the projector and the camera which the lasers hit and shine shine through
