I think he isn't harsh or strict at all. He seems really considerate and tactful. He's probably used to be direct and straightforward to avoid any misunderstandings as his team is multicultural and multilingual😅

We only really hear about strict, perfectionist at the practice room leader Taeyong from the members since they don't usually include those scenes in the behind-the-scenes footages but it's refreshing to see it now. It would do them a lot of good to hear honest advice from someone who has really been thru the wringer in this industry. I'm glad they have Taeyong for that.

Better hear it now while these trainees are still in the training room/practice room, rather than later when they’re on the stage in front of the world. Constructive criticism like this will help them grow and improve and be the best version of themselves as a performer. 태용이 진짜 눈물 나겠다...127 멤버 변동도 있었고 이제야 좀 각 유닛마다 안정됬는데 각 유닛곡이야 문제없다쳐도 단체 할때 띵~할듯 127리더라고 하지만 실질적으로 NCT 리더 태용인거 누가 부정해 한동안 단체곡 안나오겠네

Taeyong is saying the truth. Because I know that time, that era. Since nct u the 7th sense, NCT's genre is not accepted well by the audience, maybe because it's the first time for the fans (I'm pinkblood plus SM song is my fav genre, I support all SM new artists so I know how hard NCT must be dealing at that time). Taeyong work hard, his team, his members work hard for them to get recognize. I'm so happy now NCT 127 and Dream are getting the attention they deserve ☺️ and WayV work hard too, SM need to promote them a little more, I mean their earlier song is good - Take Off, Moonwalk, Love Talk. I hope I can hear their song more 💚 anyway, good luck to NCT NEW TEAM, I will rooting for you guys too! Train hard and be the best! Take Taeyong advice, he know the best. He have experienced it. The fact that NCT has not always been crazy popular is very surprising to me. Because I myself got into k-pop after The 7th Sense and Taeyong's 'Around', the legendary collab with Hitchhiker😅 I knew about other groups and k-pop artists but no one actually caught my attention before. And I didn't take k-pop seriously as a genre before NCT.

It will take years with the oldest members for sure,Taeyong is going to enlist probably next year and he always seemed to be the most welcoming one beside Doyoung and WayV,or at least this is what I saw and what Shotaro and Sungchan said🥲 It will be difficult at the beginning but luckly they are a team on their own so they can support each others but they all will be awkward I mean they have to face 20 people and non just that,20 seniors who have YEARS of experience in the industry and are already top notch idols and super mega world stars,I mean I would be "scared" of them too☠ I guess it will all depend on how they will adapt to the overall situation and on how welcoming NCT members will be,I do not expect them to be close (because even the current members are not all close with each others) but at least respectful of each others works💚

I really like Taeyong. But i rrally hate how strict he is wirh these kids. They did so so well, if i put 127 boss Performance next to them, you would'nt see any difference. Taeyong is a perfectionist, more than that. He always give 101%. But he can't project this on others. Or praise them BEFORE saying anything negativ.
