Sab shops keliye suggestions hai dairy,bakery products daily need items,eggs etc inko apni shop mein jarur rakhe ye hi customers ko layegi.sirf grocery items sale nahi layegi.Aur hamesha walkin customers ko first preference dijiye, online ko baad mein.walkin customers hi dukan ka sell badhayenge online nahi.

A lot of people are giving suggestions and gyaans without actually running a Retail shop ever. It's a different ballgame on the ground boy ! Location change means higher rent. Grocery is a narrow margin business. And he has low working capital. It's commendable, what he has been doing on a limited scale.

भाई प्लीज़ आप इस टॉपिक पे एक वीडियो बनाओ - grocery में अलग अलग समान की क़ीमत हर रोज़ घटती बढ़ती रहती है, तो कोई नया रिटेलर अपने समान की क़ीमत बाज़ार भाव पर कैसे रखें ? मतलब ये कैसे पता किया जाये की किस समान की क़ीमत मुझे बाज़ार में कितनी रखनी चाहिए की ख़रीदने वाले को भी दाम सही लगे और मुझे भी प्रॉफिट हो जाये । और ये भी बताना भाई की समान की हर रोज़ घटती बढ़ती क़ीमत पर कैसे बराबर नज़र रखी जाए । धन्यवाद भाई 🙏🏻

Also rice, dal, chillies, jeera prices have gone up in last couple of months. Same will be the case in coming year also. There will be shortage of rice in coming year due to heavy floods in most parts of rice growing regions and also due to other factors. 😢😢😢 Business is already down from past few months and price hike is like rubbing salt to the injury.

Please change the location. Average sales should be around 1 lakh if you choose good loacation near vegetable mrket or fruit market. Or any market corner point
