What happened with the paint repair? Did the factory paint job deteriorate?

We had Ceramic coating done when we bought it, had some damage & put in a claim. The painter that did the repairs should not have a trade. It wasn't a factory paint issue at all.

The car was really good to us. It was a paint repair drama that wore us down. In the end we got a price that was really fair & took it.
