You have my sympathies... From everything I've been told, the a380 isn't a very good plane, and there's a reason why they are being retired after only 10 years or so...

Emm, sorry if I am late, but don't mistaken, this is Emirates last 777-300ER delivery , not Emirates' last 777. Their 777s won't go away unless they get too old to fly/ need a complete overhaul. There will be more 777s coming in 2020 and I am looking forward to that day.

It's great that there buying a sophisticated aircraft like the boeing 777-300ER and the boeing 777x in the future. But I feel like the A350-900ulr would do great with there fleet :D

Although I hear your point, the A350ULR can't take cargo unlike 777-8. Only reason is that A350ULR only meets its range with 162 in premium cabins only and no cargo. This is where revenue is lost (that's why Emirates doesn't plan to order it)

It could used for Project Sunrise but if you’ve been following DJ’s Aviation he said Qantas will go for either a ULR variant of the A350-1000 (which Airbus would need to launch) or 777-8X. They’ve haven’t made an order for either yet but time will tell soon

They had already touched down so I think they pulled it down after touchdown which didn’t get captured by the camera

No. The 777-200 was the one who Rolls Royce engines... The 777-300 & 777-300er both have GE engines...
