congrats on making it through second year!! i just finished third year and we take step 1 after third year at my medical school so we're both in dedicated, which is definitely NOT easy. third year is different in a lot of better ways, but those shelf exams are a whole different battle. good luck, i'm sure you're going to crush step 1 and your clinical rotations!!!

RACHELLL I PASSED MY EXAMS TO GET INTO MED SCHOOL. Jesus, what a rollercoaster, really! In my country we have like a HUGE exam, once a year, and I finally scored enough for Medicine, it was insane! Simply sharing a story, not trying to be negative: I live in a college town and mom's coming in with their "babies" (they bring their friend's child or someone they know) to stores and say they forgot their wallets. When theyre simply trying to get other people to pay for their stuff. It is a very common crime in my area so please be aware. But thank you for bringing positivity in this world. We do need goodness in our lives.

Watching your videos/instagram really has helped me a lot with discipline and just managing, since I feel like I am not alone and hard work really pays off. heya Rachel, an MS3 here. I have also had chronic backpain and pain in my interscapular region for good 3...4 years and I couldnt sit for more than one hour. And trust me when I say this, cutting down on caffeine helped me a lot. It was extremely hard for me since I am a huge coffee fan but its worth a try.

I just finished my last ever day of class for my bachelor's in social work yesterday. Psychopharmacology kicked my butt. I still have finals and multiple papers to write for next week. It feels so surreal to be done with class attendance requirements.

@@XSemperIdem5 It's definitely a for fun class for me as well, but absolutely because I'm ultra sensitive to normal meds (my last experience with them was NOT pleasant) and it's really nice being able to properly research herbal meds. I keep finding myself googling random herbs and their pharmacokinetics to figure out what would potentially be effective for stuff. I have a B in it (but still got creamed by the exams).
