Hairstylist here!!! Please don’t use t14 on her hair! That is meant for blonde hair, if she has any natural/virgin hair still it’s going to turn that warmer. She should be using a demi permanent colour in a 7a or 6a (depending on the level she wants to be) to tone her hair when it warms up. As for the green shampoo her hair is also not red enough for that, I would go with the Redken cool brown shampoo as it’s actually a teal based shampoo and conditioner. She would only use it about once every 3 washes and leave it on for 3-5 minutes to tone her hair. Merry Christmas!!
