my favorite lobster tail recipe: zest oranges, make a simple syrup (1 cup water, 1 cup sugar), bring to a simmer, put in orange zest for 2 min, take out zest, put on a cookie sheet and dry in low temp oven. Becomes a candied orange zest crust for the lobster...sautee in butter.

Omg, I'm so sorry to hear about Aubrey's daughter having thyroid cancer. I'm so saddened by the news, I hope and pray that she gets well soon. May God look over your niece and heal her asap. I look up to you 3 brothers who are the coolest people to meet and hang out with even though I've never seen or met you. I just admire what you, Gabe, and Aubrey do for a living. This is my first time on your channel. Your family is beautiful! Hold them close. I say that bc in the past three years I lost my husband first…to brain cancer. We were married 39 years. Then I lost my precious Dad unexpectedly he had a massive stroke. Our family dynamics has changed drastically. So enjoy every minute that you can with your family. Love your channel btw. Hey Rob! I was lucky enough to fish with you and your crew a couple years ago on my uncles 44 contender. I was the dummy who jumped in after that big ole mutton that floated up after I pulled the hook. Every time anyone asks me about that day, I always tell them how freaking cool I thought it was that you never even needed GPS spots to find and put us on the fish. So to hear you and your brother talk about growing up without any electronics on the boat really puts things in perspective. Thankful to have been apart of that day back in 2020. DeerMeat is the man! I worked with Walt and Gabe on Palm Beach, they taught me how to operate the bobcat and backhoe, gotta love em. If you read this let your dad know he’s one of the best guys I’ve ever worked for and it was always a good time, jokes, and the occasional wisdom. DMFD getting right back into the home vibe after Alaska, is just another reason why we love him. Additionally, some of my favorite vids are with Britos Mas Grande and Miss Betty shuckin family stories. Genuine doesn't begin to describe the Arringtons. One day Mr. Walt's gonna give his version of the adventures, and then the story will get set straight. 👍😂❤

Thanks for sharing your amazing trip to Alaska. We are having a hard heat wave here in the south of Spain. Reaching 50 degrees celsius almost evert day. Having a hard time to go fishing in lakes or damps as everything is getting dryer. Drought all over and fires everywhere. It is refreshing to have you around easing our lives!

Same in central Texas major heat wave not as hot as in Spain, but averaging 37 to 38 Celsius with heat index of 43 Celsius, it’s hot no rain either, Alaska looks good right about now

Thyroid cancer is very treatable these days so she should be just fine. I’ll send a prayer for her for a speedy recovery. I had it also and I hopefully will have my two year cancer free test this Wednesday. 🤞 thanks for all the great videos

I've said it before & will probably say it again - I'd love to see a video where your parents tell stories about all three of you boys from your childhood! Hunting, fishing, diving, & some Shotgun Shiver (sp?). I had always threatened to get at least a tape recorder for when my mother & auntie would start telling stories. And now, POOF, they're both gone and their stories were never caught on tape! Love the show & Deer Mom's too. Keep up the good work!
