Due process is still confusing to me and how you could use it in a SCOTUS FRQ.

If you are talking about the 14th amendment, I like to think about it as everyone is equal unless you are convicted through due process. Hopefully, that helps. Good luck Tommorrow.

Regarding the case Citizens Utd vs FEC what is the difference between hard money and soft money

Hard money is any money given to the candidate directly. Soft money is any money not given to the candidate but perhaps to a PAC or 527. Soft money is indirect contributions. Make sense?
