MFO (Multinational Force & Observers) I did a tour there (6 months '94) while I was in the 82nd Airborne. Keeping the peace between Egypt & Israel on the Sinai Peninsula. Starting with the UN 13 countries make up the force. Canada & USA being 2 of them. And the orange green & white medal is awarded to those who serve there. One of the best overseas tours you could do back in my days.
