Watching this was so inspiring and brought a feeling of pride in me for the boys. Everybody put in a valiant effort and I'm so damn motivated and proud of them all after watching. But man, I have to say I'm especially proud of Ethan. It was actually emotional watching him run coz we all have seen how fucking hard this man has worked to be where he is. From someone who was obese and living an unhealthy life ready to throw his life away, to a fucking athlete. I'm honored to witness his success and hope that I can make the kind of progress he has.

I don't think people know how good an effort Harry held. Holding a 13.5km/h pace or (4:20 mins per km) for 15 minutes, he was on the verge of putting down a 21:20 5km which is mega impressive for an average human.

As a cross country runner. The biggest mistake everyone made was clenching their fists. Keep the hands loose. And when you want to breathe. Each step. When the hand comes forward. Touch the center of your chest and fully extend your arm. Every stride with deeper than normal breathes. Then when you push. Make sure to not clench your fists. You may look dumb. But blood flow is everything. Hope this helps.
