To be honest there are dozens of things they could improve before go8ng to record. 1)have a small table with peeled bananas close to you 2)duapers 3)closer distance 4) no standing/warming up before 5) small talk for concentration

Just a fun rally.... However, for a legal serve: 1. open palm facing up. 2. ball must leave palm by a few inches. 3. bat must strike ball behind the end of the (table) line. 4. bat must strike ball above the table.
